Traditional Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage, Rooted in Real Training
What is Traditional Thai Massage?
Traditional Thai massage blends acupressure with assisted stretching and rhythmic movement to ease tension and restore energy. It is the authentic treatment at the heart of Jinda's work, trained in Thailand over many years.
The session begins with traditional Thai techniques and finishes with soothing Swedish strokes, warm lavender oil and Thai hot balm where it helps. It is available with or without oil, simply let Jinda know.
This treatment eases stiffness, improves flexibility and releases tension held deep in the body. It is a good choice whether you carry everyday tightness or simply want to feel restored and re-energised.
For a traditional treatment without oil, loose and comfortable clothing works best. Jinda adjusts the pressure and stretches to suit you, so no two sessions feel quite the same.
